Returns and Exchanges
At Boujeelife, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, please provide a photograph of the damaged product and a description of the damage. Once we have received this information, we will process your exchange request and send out a replacement product as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not have a ‘return for refund’ policy. Please note that exchanges due to damage are the only exception to our no-return policy. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
